I Am the Ghost in Your House by Maria Romasco-Moore

4.0

This whole concept of invisibility was super well thought out, so props to the author for thinking of pretty much everything. I especially enjoyed the unsettling nature of the circumstances. It’s not a very scary book, but reading about interactions where others were scared by something that would certainly be terrifying in real life was actually unnerving in a way I wasn’t expecting. I also appreciated that the various relationships and the idea of finding community were developed and explored in a satisfying way. The pacing felt a little weird because there’s really no structure, just one straight-through train of action, but at least I was never bored.
