A little more world-building here, and some new stories that are branching out and setting up more books in this universe. This couple (Bron and Killian) might be my favorite one yet, mainly because he is charming and sexy as hell. Spice is delightful again (4/5), and the pacing is nice. Read this in one sitting and I consider that an afternoon well spent. Pick this up if you - like Bron - have a "wing fetish". 

Recommending the whole series, though the books can be read as standalones as well. I'll probably keep reading and continue with the spinoff series Ironwood.
