Starts off strong but falls apart. A bit over the top for the initial crime and investigation. It’s brutal enough without certain elements. End of the book should be satisfying but isn’t supported once the book reaches a certain point. Holly is interesting but seems forced. Rest of the cast are typical King characters with issues and are motivated but just felt a little whack. End of the book is tense and well written. Entertaining but would not read again.
