 Juliette’s skin is lethal, whenever she touches somebody she inflicts pain in them. She’s been believing all her life that she’s a monster, always locked in a room without contact with any other human. Until they put a roommate in her cell, she remembers this kid, they used to go to school together he was the only one nice to her. A couple days later they transferred into a really big house where she discovers her roommate is actually from the military and has been working for the Reestablishment, an institution meant to restore order and try to fix the world that has been so badly devastated.
