Dark Alpha's Hunger by Donna Grant

4.0

Thanks to the author for an ARC to read and give my honest opinion.

This was my first taste of the Reaper series and I probably should not have started on book six. I was a little lost on some of the stuff but my love of the Dragon Kings really helped. As I was reading the Kings I really wanted a good look at the Fae in this story, so I was happy to get a copy of this one. Eoghan and Thea's story and they were so good together.... Eoghan who was under a vow of silence until death lifted it, was immediately attracted to Thea but he wasn't allowed to act on it. Sounds kind of cheesy but the struggle Eoghan went through was just so beautifully done. Thea's love for music helped Eoghan free himself from the stones in an act that must have been fate.

What did I like? The story itself was beautifully done, loved the characters and the camaraderie of the Reapers new group. I'm just enchanted by the story and the way the author just brings two characters together like they're meant for each other by the fates.

Would I buy this book? Yes. I'm a huge fan of Fae and paranormal. When the author finalizes the series I'm definitely doing a read over.

Words for the author? I can't review your book good enough to describe the pleasure I get from reading them. Loved the Dragon Kings and the Reapers are becoming an addiction as well.
