GOSH this one hit me so hard in all the feels ππ₯Ήπ I didn't know it was going to go so deep into mental health issues, but Oseman handled them with such grace and heart. I cried multiple times on top of the typical feet kicking cuteness moments, so yeah I think this one is my favorite one so far. I love that Nick got to tell his dad finally and that Charlie has such a badass, great sister to stand up for him. Nick's brother is a dick. I can't wait for volume 5, but I'm so sad it'll be the last one!! π₯Ίπ
Addition after first reread:
So glad the 5th one won't actually be the last one after all!! And this one is definitely still my favorite. Even knowing that this one was going to delve deep into the mental health issues, it still packed an emotional punch. But I also felt like I was able to look even more closely at the writing and art and feel and appreciate them more this second time around. Charlie's sister is still a badass.
