Chester's Way by Kevin Henkes

3.0

As I read Chester's Way, I was reminded of Jim Roth's posit that we are each the average of the five people we spend the most time with. Chester has his way of doing things--an OCD-type of way. Chester's best friend, Wilson, is almost exactly the same in his temperament and his interests. But what happens when a new kid with her own way of living life moves into the neighborhood and--gasp!--tries to make friends with Chester and Wilson? Well, a little give and a little take.

A sweet picture book from a great author about finding your people and letting friendship make you better.
