Sweet, endearing, passionate and forgiving. I loved it!!
Becca has a way with words and characters and I felt her ability to turn my heart over for Dr. Dickwad aka Scott was just wonderful. After reading Let Me Show You, I really wanted Davisβs story and wanted to know more about the beautiful single dad and his adorable daughter Libby. Becca does not disappoint. This story is witty, healing, sexy and sweet!!
I loved that there was so much more to both Davis and Scott but I felt for Scott and his story and loved his progress and journey to become comfortable with himself and his sexuality. I loved how I was able to go from hating him in book one and his treatment of Carter to understanding, forgiveness, and love in this story. The journey for redemption and to forgive oneβs self is never easy and Becca wormed these characters into my heart. I love that we got more of Carter and Tanner, along with all the wit and shenanigans that go on with each of these somewhat unfiltered personalities.
Scott and Davis are perfect together and I love the family they have created. While can be read as a standalone I loved Tanner and Carter and would recommend reading all about them too. Great wit, charismatic characters, and a heartwarming βmade familyβ, makes for a great story, I loved it!!
