This was honestly a great YA mystery-thriller. I didn’t love or hate the characters, they were just them. I definitely had theories throughout and in the end I was right but I was shocked about it nonetheless. I really enjoyed how this book was laid out plot and timing wise so it was a really easy and quick read. The only thing that threw me off was the setting, having once lived in Cbus and working in these areas and going to these business made it feel a little weird and spine-chilling at the same time. I would definitely consider reading more of Natalie D. Richards’s books.
