Twisted Heathens by J. Rose
4.0
It was great to read about characters with mental illnesses that aren't often seen in romance books, and I liked the mystery behind the institute.
The romance is dark and includes non-con. I didn't really feel like any of the love interests were really romantically interested in her. I got the impression they just wanted the shiny new toy (or to reclaim an old one).
Eli was my favourite love interest. Their connection made sense with their shared pain.
I really liked the bonds between the men.
