Bridge of Dreams by Anne Bishop

3.0

I thought the first two books in this series were better. This book seemed to rehash a lot of the background given in the first two with explanations of how different parts of the world were linked, how individuals moved from one landscape to another and how certain individuals had the power to manipulate these landscapes. Lee was not as strong or as sympathetic a character as the main characters in the first two books. The Tryad characters were the most interesting in this book. I found the relationships between Sholeh Zeela a Zhahar fascinating. One of the best parts of this book was the novella The Voice. If you do find yourself reading the paperback version of Bridge of Dreams that has the novella at the end read this first.
