Dark and Wild Ride

Let’s start this out by saying it took me days to finish this. This book was thick! I had a whole lot of emotions while reading this book. I cried. I laughed. I raged. I wanted to go through that book and knock some sense into a certain someone.

I LOVED Zamira so much. I love that she fought hard and fought well. She fought through so much mental, emotional, and psychical pain. She came out on top at the end of the day. She was a savage. There’s nothing I love more than a strong and mouthy female lead. Which is exactly what Zamira was.

Where do I even begin with these three? I loved Blais almost immediately. I loved the banter. I love the attraction. I loved that even though he was part of the three, he was also on Zamiras' side. Theon fought with his demons and then fought his feelings. I was so happy when he finally gave in. Ace on the other hand wasn’t ready for these hands. This man-made me so angry. I went through this book thinking he could never be forgiven if it was me. By the end of the book, I understand why Ace is the way he is, and I loved the last chain scene. You’ll know what I’m talking about.

By the end of the book, I loved the story, I loved the characters, and I’m so happy that I read it. I loved the banter, the tension, and the talk. I loved the pacing of this book. Granted it was long. I loved that it wasn’t rushed or jumping around. I loved the twist and turns and the darkness to it. I recommend giving this book a chance!
