This read like a kindle unlimited book ... then I found out it was one.
God I had such high hopes for this book after the first one. The idea of this sounded great and it was in the beginning but then it went completely downhill.
They got together out of Arlo's pity not romance, when
It lacked dept and some of the descriptions made me cringe and laugh.
I'm not gonna stop reading from the author since I actually liked the first book but I am hoping this was a once off bad book.

Myrinn betrayed them I had the idea that she was just pretending so that they would open the portal and she'll be able to get Arlo vampire blood. Like a double agent. But no, she was just an idiotIt lacked dept and some of the descriptions made me cringe and laugh.
I'm not gonna stop reading from the author since I actually liked the first book but I am hoping this was a once off bad book.
