This book was a great mix of serious, emotional, funny, and light-hearted. I really enjoyed it! It was sexy and fun, but it still took the emotions and the protagonist's complex pasts into account. I loved that one protagonist had a kid and that Ruby, that kid wasn't left out of the relationship. I want Deliah to be my stepmom, LOL. Overall a good book!
Graphic: Sexual content, Grief, Death of parent, and Alcohol
Moderate: Infidelity, Terminal illness, and Toxic relationship
Minor: Cancer
A toxic relationship is not between the two main protagonists nor is the infidelity that is in the past with and a different partner!
