One of the Girls by Lucy Clarke

Liked this one. Solid read. Loved the narration.
I thought this one was really fun. Sometimes books like this can play a bit too much on female group stereotypes, and I felt this one toed the line of those well. I mean let’s face it, stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. But this one wasn’t bad. I like how even though there were quite a few characters, the author did a good job of exploring the background (to an extent) and motivations of each one. One in particular even experiences a tremendous amount of growth.
The mystery was foreshadowed enough to keep me interested mostly the whole time. There was a point where I felt things got a little to soap-opera drama llamay. But not terrible.
Recommend for a solid, not too twisty mystery.
