The concept is interesting, but I'm not sure about the execution. Some parts of the narrative were kind of confusing, and while the creep factor through gore/body horror worked, it still felt like a very basic seinen plot. Maybe I'll pick up the next volume, but I'm not that intrigued to be dying to continue.
Graphic: Body horror, Gore, Torture, Violence, and Blood
Moderate: Animal death, Death, Kidnapping, and Injury/Injury detail
Minor: Confinement and Gun violence
