Happy: Finding joy in every day and letting go of perfect by Fearne Cotton

3.0

Mostly I was interested in hearing about Fearnes own take because she’s someone of a similar age who I’ve grown up with from her early days on ‘diggit’ to now. It was refreshing to know that even someone as cool and seemingly together as Fearne also has had issues through her life. That sounds a ridiculous comment to even make but in a word of Instagram filters and seeing her on screen smiling and having it all she gives a nice reminder that actually, we’re all human with our own families, struggles, issues and low points. I doubt I’ll be making the suggested salad but yeah I definitely see her in a new, positive ‘happy’ light. If we had more people like her in the world it’s be a much happier place.
