The Happy Ever After Playlist by Abby Jimenez
4.0
We met Sloan in the first book with the most heartbreaking twist (and the part that actually made the first book good, sorry not sorry Kristen and Josh) and I didn’t know what to expect but I know she deserved greatness.
Insert Jason, aka Jaxon, the famous muso.
This book ticked all the romcom boxes and I loved kicking my feet and giggling like a little gal throughout it - mainly because I too am waiting for a famous singer to look me in the eye during his concert, cut it short and jump off stage to declare his love for me? Surely I’m not the only one.
The last third of the book gave me whiplash and didn’t really enjoy the million and one things happening at once, but my muso man made up for it thank god, and this was a HEA WELL DESERVED FOR OUR GAL SLOAN.
