Although I love all of Alyson Noel's books, so I did obviously enjoy this one, it had so far been my least favorite of the series. I feel like a majority of Riley's character development was thrown out the window. And although I enjoyed Satchels backstory and he was alright as a villain, something about this whole part of Riley's journey, just sort of fell flat for me.
I didn't like how the author just sort of crapped on the romance between Bodhi and Riley and even though this one was the same tempo as the others, very light and comical, and the scene where Ever made a cameo was probably the best part of the book. It was just lacking something... I'm not sure what, just something.
