Fast forward seventeen years, when Dawson "D" stumbles upon his previously thought dead ex. The connection between them is as strong as ever and, even though she should probably run, Piper can't bring herself to even try to hide from the hurt that she's anticipating.
It's gripping and dark! There were also some incredibly sweet and tender moments that made my heart soar, along with plenty of naughtiness that had my toes curling.
