One Good Deed by David Baldacci
5.0
This 1949 era book is such a fun and interesting read.
I loved the old school detective stuff and the way even in such a “simpler” time everyone could still get stuff done.
I don’t know how many overall likable characters there were throughout the book, but I know that Archer and Shaw are easily my favorites.
The narrator does a phenomenal job of bringing this book to life, and I’m super excited to find out this is book 1 in a series. While One Good Deed does not end in a cliff hanger per se, I find my self greedy to get more information on what happens to Archer next!
