The Walking Dead, Book 2 by Robert Kirkman

3.0

I just don't know and I can't help myself. It's not that I like the story, but it's not that I dislike it either. I'm not really drawn to it and at the same time I just can't stop reading it. What is it with me and these comic books?! I wonder if it is just The Walking Dead or if every comic is gonna have this effect on me. I guess I have to try that out.

I'm kinda liking the story more now I've read the second book. The characters are getting a bit deeper, they're not as shallow any more. And while that is a good thing, it does make me dislike quite a few of them. Lori or example. I just hate her. She is shallow, stupid, can't make any good decisions and she just seems to think she's absolutely perfect herself.

The rest of the women aren't a lot better actually. I mean, I have high hopes for Michonne and Maggie isn't that bad.. but the rest of them. They are just sitting there waiting to be rescued like a damsel in distress or.. well.. die.
But maybe I'm wrong! I guess I'll find out soon, I already started at book three.
