Switching Time: A Doctor's Harrowing Story of Treating a Woman with 17 Personalities by Richard Baer
2.0
I've read this book a few times and with each read I a coming less and less thrilled with this book. I see that there are problems with this book. The boundary alone is enough to say that no to. Bear has no boundaries with Karen to an extent. She can call all hours and have unpaid sessions. and to sessions at his own home. Bear also prefers the outdated term and says that MPD id different from DID.
Then there was the repeating. Things were just repeated and repeated. One line would say something then the next line will say the same thing in a tiny way.
But it was interesting reading to this story and how a system integrated.
