I had a little bit of trouble rating this book. I hadn't read this series since I was about 11 or 12 and I definitely had feelings about Daine being 16 and Numair being in his 30s while I re-read this. Even if Daine had been older, Numair was still her teacher.
With that being said, this book is a favorite from my childhood. I absolutely adore the characters and sped through this series. I am sad to be done with The Immortals series and am so glad that I spent the time to go back to them.
