The Sinner by Kelsey Clayton
dark

“we’re two broken souls just trying to make it through, but together, we’re flawlessly whole.”
yes this is pretty much a typical bully romance.
boy and girl met super young, become inseparable as kids
something happens they disappear from each others lives.
years later their all grown up and one of them moves back to town, boy hates girl for some “ unknown reason “ that has something to do with what happens when they were kids.
lots of sexual tension then feelings then truth of what happened come out and BOOM turns out it was a huge misunderstanding..
But just so happens i happen to love these typical bully romance books they’ve always been a guilty pleasure of mine.
this book definitely took me by surprise and the “unknown reason “ was actually completely understandable 😅 it made me super emotional and so much happened at the end ughhhhh 😭😭 i didn’t expect this book to hit me like it did. AND THE VERY END?? jaw on the floor. 4 ⭐️ ‘s
