When a woman is found dead, strangled by a pink chiffon scarf, one of Whitney’s officers nearing retirement age raises the similarities with a case from the 80s. With the culprit never found and the suspected culprit recently out of prison for a different crime but with dementia, the race is on to find the copycat or murderer before more bodies start appearing. 

Another gripping murder mystery with new challenges thrown at our protagonists as they deal with the case but also issues in their personal lives.
