This book is a beautiful retelling of Patti Smith's relationship with her first love. The depth of the love, friendship, and true understanding these two had together is truly inspiring. The circumstances of their early life is incredible to read. Patti Smith is a phenomenal story-teller and I loved reading this book. She's had an incredible life full of love and art. I'm grateful that she has shared her story with the world.
