Astrophysics for People in a Hurry by Neil deGrasse Tyson
5.0
Neil deGrasse Tyson dropping wisdom right into your ear canals. What more do you want?
I don't tend to read a lot of non-fiction (because I'm stupid) and especially not sciency non-fiction (again, because I'm stupid though that was evident by the blatant use of "sciency" I reckon) but if there is anyone in the world that I would trust to explain something like astrophysics to my peanut-sized brain it would be Neil.
This book was a really good introduction I think. It explained concepts I've been reading about it a more general sense, gave me a better idea of the continuity of each discovery, and so on.
Plus I simply have to once again state that the audiobook is read by Neil himself and is, therefore worth a substantial part of my soul at the very least.
