This book has such an engaging premise and so much of it I could see in my mind - it would make for a very thrilling and visually stunning movie if anyone were to jump on it!
I really love the glimpse at the future and the links to the past and the way everything was interwoven. It’s a really smart story that’s not difficult to follow.
The only downfall for me was that I wish I knew more about these characters. It felt like a lot was happening but I didn’t know enough about the players to feel anything for them. I’m big on emotional connections to characters.
Still, a solid debut novel. I look forward to seeing more from this author!
