Get Lucky by Katherine Center

3.0

The book started a bit slow and slightly disjointed. Early pages kept referencing ominous things to come--right in the middle of a normal interaction or storyline--and then some random interactions that seemed wholly pointless would be sprinkled right in the middle.

At around halfway, the book really picked up and turned around so that saved it a few stars for me. This is an early Katherine Center book (2010) so it is also super interesting to see how far her character development and plot structure has come over the years.
