Like My Immortal, only with Alice in Wonderland instead of Harry Potter.

No, seriously- this book suffers from many of the failings of middle school fanfiction. The clothes- does anyone besides the singular, and evil, prep wear anything besides quirky leather/velvet/stripes and corsets? Nope.

Also, much like old fanfiction from back in the day, people seem to smell and taste like actual food. No strawberries or raspberry flavored kisses, but we do have lavender/chocolate/salt for Jeb, and licorice/salt for Morpheus (kisses in this world are all some combo of salt/sweet).

Our girl, much like in My Immortal, is not just a normal human. NO- she's a half-breed princess with fancy glittery wings, natural hair streaks, eye markings that resemble butterfly goth makeup, and a built-in love triangle that involves no personal growth on her part.

I-I-I just... cannot. I should have known better, probably.
