So it wasn't what I expected, but it's not the book fault that it wasn't exactly what I expected it to be.
It's not an advice book, and they say that. If you're looking for tips like "try storing your laundry in bins instead of drawers if you hate folding clothes," this isn't the book for you. This book is extremely compassionate and kind, and light on the practical advice.

I also listened to the audiobook, which personally was a good move, but there were aspects I missed out on. What I did was listened to the audiobook, then used a physical copy to do the worksheets. The book is really only helpful if you actually do the worksheets.
