Dere-bear & ginger snap forever ❤️
I read and loved The Cheat Sheet but you don't need to have read that one to read The Rule Book, these are standalone with intertwining characters.
This one is about Derek Pender and his ex-girlfriend come agent, Nora Mackenzie. Throughout, we learn more about their past lives, current situation and how others see us as opposed to how we see ourselves.
I related to Derek in more ways than I thought I would, given his issues and how he overcome all that and how it's shaped his life. I also related to Nora with her bubbly personality and her need to organise.
I need more, I'm not ready to be finished with these characters. I love their banter, their passion and commitments to each other and their forever friendships 💗
