wow look at what happens when we don't focus on denji and women! it's still a little rough around the edges, and it'd be nice if the women got to be more fleshed out characters, but this one was pretty fun as far as shonen goes. kind of bored of makima being so mysterious all the time, but getting to see denji and power be dumbasses together bumped this up closer to a 4 than a 3.
