First in a series of crime/thriller novels and a very enjoyable page turner. A sniper/serial killer escapes from a prison van transfer and goes on the run creating havoc all around.
Carter Blake is the mysterious hero who finds people and is seconded to the FBI team hunting the killer. Well plotted and an interesting lead character in the mould of Jack Reacher and enjoyable enough for me to look forward to book 2.
