After a month of spacing out the sprawling tale that is Jade Legacy for as long as I humanly could because with every page I read slowly spelled the inevitably parting of ways with characters I’ve come to consider family, I eventually arrived to the stunning conclusion of the Green Bone Saga… and what a send off to a captivating series it was! Easily one of the best series I’ve ever read, key moments left me in tears.

The post series depression is real, but at least the ‘Travel Guide To Janloon’ & ‘Where to Eat In Janloon’ bonus chapters gave me one final tour around Jade City so I can recap some of the saga’s many iconic scenes.

Eventually I’m looking forward to returning to Kekon with the novella and collection of short stories, but I’m going to need to space them out so I can make the Green Bone Saga last a little bit longer (here’s hoping Fonda Lee feels the urge to write more installments when she’s has another thrilling Green Bone tale to tell), but first I’m going to need a break so I can process all these feelings.

Thank you Fonda Lee for taking me on an unforgettable epic ride with the Kaul Family and thank you Petrik Leo, Tori Morrow, Bookborn, funfantasybooks, Bookswithemilyfox & Literary Science Alliance over on Booktube land for singing this series’ praises and putting it on my radar!
