Helpful book for better understanding mental health. I really appreciate that it provides actionable steps to help combat the distorted thinking of a  depressive episode. I also appreciated the very logical and straightforward approach to the subject that he took. 

•Depression vs. Sadness : Depression distorts your thoughts and lowers your self-esteem where as Sadness does not distorts your thoughts and does not lower your self-esteem.
