A Fate of Wrath & Flame, by K.A. Tucker

3.0

K.A. Tucker has dipped her toe into the fantasy genre. A Fate of Wrath & Flame has the reader on the same journey as the female protagonist, Romy. A journey set in confusion for the better part of the book, until revelations are made and backstabbers are revealed.

This book was not was I anticipated as it is filled with lore, magic and supernatural creatures. The story begins in the present day then transports the reader to a magical world with gods of fate and kingdoms at war. A Fate of Wrath & Flame is more fantasy than romance.

It appears we have a new series after the cliffhanger. This book has only scratched the surface of "why" Romy is living in another place and time. I long to learn more about Atticus and Zander's affection for Romy.
