I went into this book with a little bit of hesitation, but this book exceeded my expectations. It had my heart rate up. That last chapter?! I didn’t know anything. Everything was up in the air, and I was at the mercy of each page turn, every word that was unspoken yet screamed. Just to be completely honest, I am not a hard reader to please. Even saying that, I would still definitely recommend reading this book. It scratched an itch that I didn’t know I had. The slow burn with this one, the back and forth. I am thoroughly impressed. Loved it.
