Sydney-based journalist and radio presenter Indira Naidoo shocked my 2022 into being. 'The Space Between the Stars' was the first book that I picked up this year, and I was completely blown away by the nostalgic memoir of sisterhood and reflections of depression that was interwoven with the beautiful way that nature– even urban pockets of nature– can heal us. Thus began my obsession of hunting down that Moreton Bay Fig Tree.
