It took me a little while to get into this book, but once I did I really enjoyed it. I'm glad John Price turned out to be the more focal point of the novel, though I was also interested in Mark Payton, and am a little sad about where his character arc went.

This book is nostalgic and deals with history and Europe, so of course I'm going to like it.
