Wow. Just wow. I’m entirely encapsulated by the characters of this story, they really bring the story together.
The heartbreaking recountance of constantas life with Dracula really connects you to her. And I really enjoyed the way it shown to us, through constantas memory.
The book is littered with gorgeously written passages, and moments that make you forget this is just ink on paper.
I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship between Magdalena, Alexi and Constanta, their love was so pure even after they had endured so much. Their characters are special, and have such vibrant personalities.
This tale of torturous love, trauma, and revenge will be on my mind for a while to come.
