This is the second novella of the 'Devil's Night' series and the book that concludes the series. It is a wholesome insight into 10 year in the future since 'Nightfall', watching all the couples spend time with each other and their kids during Fire Night (aka winter solstice). It would not be a 'Devil's Night' book if not for some kidnap, suspense, secrets, twists and turns.
It consists of four chapter, one for each of the horsemen.
- Chapter 1 -> Kai More. His wife is bonding with his family and his wife is the only one that has impressed his dad with her fighting skill, making him stop first for the first time.
- Chapter 2-> Damon Torrance. He finally realises he wants a mother figure in his life and accepts Christiane and they bond.
- Chapter 3-> Will Grayson, of course the kidnap starts at his chapter, HAHA, to noone's surprise.
- Chapter 4 -> Michael Crist. We love a MMC who prioritize his wife over his kids ... I said what i said, do not come for me.
