The Black History Book: Big Ideas Simply Explained by D.K. Publishing, David Olusoga

Did not finish book.
This is a good jumping-off point or reference book for people to have around, especially if they are living or working with young people.

It's not comprehensive in any way. And it's dry. Dry. Dry.

But hey, a lot of reference materials are, and there is no way a single book is going to give anyone a comprehensive study of African history.
