I'm giving this book the highest star rating that I can... because it's just that good.
Packed with useful and eye opening information, this book is an invaluable tool for learning how to choose the most nutrient dense fruits and vegetables. 
You will come away amazed at the origins of our modern day produce and be inspired by the helpful tips and tricks for making the foods we eat more nutritious. I can't say enough good things about this book. It honestly might change your life. I feel like in a small way, it did mine. 
Hands down one of the best books I have read in a very long time.
