I love finding a new mystery author. Louise Penny has found a Chief Inspector in Gamache who knows how to pick and groom a team in Quebec province. In this story, a small town finds a well loved woman dead evidently from an arrow. The folks in the town have a decided background in art and find that a new work shows more than at least one of them would like to display.
