Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard by Chip Heath, Dan Heath

I like these ideas. Used it in my freshman seminar. Although the kids preferred fiction, they seemed to grab onto the concepts of Rider and Elephant, how to best set goals, how to look for the bright spots for inspiration and that change is a process. I'm proud of them.

One day, I'll read it again as I appreciated it's main points.
