At first, I thought I’d set my expectations too high and that maybe, just maybe, this book was overhyped. The interviewer’s point of view wasn’t all that interesting to me. But once Evelyn got talking, the story properly took off.

Somehow, as I continued reading at a racing pace, it didn’t seem ridiculous anymore to have had seven husbands in just one lifetime. Crazy, right? The author goes with such a wild premise and yet convinces the reader that, actually, considering the circumstances, it isn’t that far fetched at all.

I cried several times, especially when it came to THE wedding. Which one of them all? Read this book to find out. You’ll find yourself at the edge of your seat, forgetting it’s all fiction.
