I really liked this one! It was whimsical and different from anything I’ve read. One thing that I wished was a bigger part of the story was the hotel itself. I wished it was more of a character and utilized more than it was. There was a little romance in the book that I liked. The tension between them was done really well. Another thing that I noticed was the main character was a little flat. One of her only personality traits was loving her sister and getting her sister back which was fine but it got repetitive throughout the story. Like we know you want to get your sister, you have to keep repeating it. Overall, this was a solid debut. The writing was nice and I look forward to read from this author again.
