There was a lot to love in this book but there were some glaring flaws too. It felt like the author was tackling too many issues and not really giving them the care they deserved.  At times the plot felt kind of stale, almost like a copy of other books dealing with the issues teens face. Other times the language was incredibly beautiful. The book needed to be longer along with a good edit. There needed to some explanation about the medium stuff which was one of the more fascinating parts of the book. It was a great concept but it never was fuly developed.
